Those of you with toddlers+, when you changed to a toddler bed and therefore they could roam their room, how far did you go in safety-proofing the room?

Hi all,
Just catching up so ignore me posting random crap for a whileI have tried only to quote the things I REALLY wanted to comment on xx
First of all :rotfl::T;):D for Aimee's Hello Kitty Outfit - hope she got it (not got that far yet!) and it didn't break the bank.hi all,
Heating and water all fixed , lovely getting up to a warm house.
A bit of advise if I can please , just found out OH and ex were going to call there child Thomas if it was a boy, I have got really upset over it , I haven't stoppped crying for 2 hours OH told me I am silly and he doesn't remember ever saying this with her, do you think I'm being silly or maybe she is actually trying to stir things its upset me so much I don't know how to stop crying , thinking our child is named after a name they choose ,sorry for babbling, I am scrared this sadness may lad to post natal depression , as I am so low , when I stop crying I look at Thomas and start again x
nikkit - I know you calmed down about this a little later but I wanted to say it definitely sounds like the ex is stirring the shoite. Even with the best of relationships with hubbys practice wife I would have been upset if Benjamin was one of 'their names' - no nice person would ever mention it even if it were the truth. If your OH doesn't remember it then believe him.
I also wanted to comment on your reference to PND. It is still really early for you hun, your hormones are still going mental and this will go on for ages. I swear it took me over 6 months to stop crying at the slightest thing. Keep coming on here to let your emotions out and if it carries on for a while then it may be worth looking at, but generally it would take about 6 weeks for PND to be distinguishable from normal post-partum madness/drainedness xxxThe head has blown it all out of proportion by accepting the girls side of the story and throwing blame at the boys without finding out what really happened. I can't understand why a headmaster wouldn't speak to all concerned and make a balanced judgement based on all sides of the story.
Becles - what a crappy situation. I quoted this bit because it is the crux of it for me. Since when did headmasters become involved in petty playground squabbles? I know bullying is a very serious issue but this seems to be SO over the top for a one-off virtual incident?
Hope you get it all sorted xxI had a lovely little girl in class who shouted out a great 'sh' word she knew. She was so sweet and very proud, I quickly moved on, ahem!
LOL - my SIL is a teaching assistant in a secondary school English department and on her first day the teacher asked the class to make as many words as they could out of COMMUNICATION - one of the lads came up with a very interesting word that made SIL blush :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:please listen to MFD - she is a wise womanProud Mummy to the gorgeous Benjamin John born 14 March 2009, 8lbs 14ozA new little seedling on the way, due 30 September 20120
