Not caught up fully so not sure if any more has been said on this? As Caz says, you can't fold it with the seat unit when it is parent facing, so I take it if it is facing you, that's what you are trying to do? You can only do it when the seat is facing outwards.
I have always taken the seat off to fold it as it's really easy, and we have mostly had it in parent facing mode so far, but DH remembers from when we were testing it in the shop, that it was a bit difficult to get it to click when folding it with the seat attached (facing outwards) and the easiest way was to lie it on the ground so you can put pressure on it so the clip catches.
Not sure if that helps at all. But definitely should only be folded with seat when facing outwards.0 -

My three couldn't be more different! They look like they're from different mothers!
J is mousy with green eyes.
L is darker than dark, with dark brown eyes. (She thinks she's Turkish because we went on Holiday to Turkey when I was pregnant!):rotfl:
And V is a blondey, with my blue eyes.
