deleted items folder in OE

I have just tried to delete some items in my inbox and had a message come up saying OE could not open the deleted items folder, due either to low memory or disc space, The disc seems to be fine, I have run the defrag analyses and it says the disc is fine........ Any ideas please..................

What ever was wrong with my OE delete box seems to have cleared of its own accord, I switched on to try and correct it and the delete box came up and cleared, have printed your answers for future use.
