    ITS A GIRL

    :D :j :D :j :D :j :D :j :D :j :D :j :D :j :D :j :D :j :D :j :D

Had my scan today all is well, they want to see me again for another one in two weeks to get a clear view of the heart, but they do stress there is nothing wrong. Didn't stop me bursting in to tears and showing myself right up though!

She also mention her head was long and thin but not overly (again no cause for concern) and it would go egg shaped as she turned to come out, apparently this is the case with babies who develop head up.

Has anyone heard of that before

Jon said I am going to make myself ill if I don't stop worrying, he has threatened to put the parental lock on the internet so I stop diagnosing things I know nothing about :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

    Hello,

Firstly heres hoping for all of you with potential problems. I'll keep a few fingers crossed for you all.

I would also like to join please! I am 32 and pregnant with my first (and only haha) baby.

My tale is not an altogether happy one though as my "partner" is not with me in this  - he decided he did not want to be with me when I was very early on - only about 6 weeks pregnant.

Now nearly 21 weeks and he wants to be part of the babies life but not mine and i currently see him about once every 3 weeks or so... Its a bit sad not having anyone to help me out and to share the "little things" but i'm getting on with it! :o

Money is a little tight as you can imagine and I have had to sort myself out with a flat which took all my savings in rent and fees and furniture and all sorts.

Looking into benefits etc as sadly that is the way it is going to be for me after having worked all my life. Had my fingers burnt posting on here a few months ago asking about what help I might get, some nasty posters who took offence at the fact that "their taxes" would be paying for me. (Not sure where my taxes are going then - cos i've paid more than enough over the years!). :rotfl:

But on the up side - i am fine and the baby is fine (I think!) so heres to that!

Look forward to hearing from you all...

    Kathy
  • Good Luck to you snoopkat im sure everything will work out in the end.

Hello everyone can I join the club?

I'm 21 and have just found out I'm pregnant with my first! I have no idea how far along I am, I've been having problems recently and haven't had a period since Feb! I've been seeing the doc since May to work out what's up, I went for a scan 21st June to have a look around and was told I have OS so conceiving naturally would be difficult - apparently not! We decided to stop 'preventing' after the scan to give me a headstart if it was going to take time. And it looks like I caught almost immediately!

I think I'll be due around April 2007, me and OH are very excited :j (and scared!). I'm seeing my GP tomorrow morning, hopefully they'll have to send me for an early scan to get my dates right - I can't wait to see my baby!

I've had horrible sickness since last Thursday (which was why I took the tests), but it's not all bad because it reassures me that I'm 'still' pregnant! Apart from that not feeling too bad.
