Kennel Club doesn't have any law enforcement powers though does it?0

RSPCA called me back today and said there was "something" in my email, that was enough to investigate them. he has not said whether it was the food/ living with illness or fact they are still breeding dog. he advised me to contact the local council to see if they are registered as breeders, so i am waiting for a call back on Monday.
RSPCA are going to keep me updated, not sure if they wil find anything there - as i believe the puppies were ready on 15th feb (found some adverts) so they might be gone...but even still should give them a scare!0 -

None at all. They are a self regulatory organisation. Advertising Standards Authority are the same. Businessess and companies respect them and follow their regulations as they are aware that if they do not, the government will make them statutory.0 -

Thanks for the update bexyboo. Glad to see the RSPCA are onto it.

Can't imagine that the Kennel Club could ever become a statutory body.0 -

I see the Kennel club as part of the problem. The inbreeding that goes on just to satisfy some strange ideal as to what a breed of dog should look like. Some of these dogs are just so genetically damaged it is seriously cruel."The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

Exactly. Really can't see them being in the remotest bit bothered by allegations of cruelty.0 -
Any update on this Bexyboo?Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
