My order got cancelled -i am :mad::mad::mad::mad:.
No reason given only found out when i emailed to ask why it hadn''t been sent .
They left the money pending in my bank account then never collected it at all -the money was there and i rang the bank and there was no reason at all for them not to be able to collect it .
That was my first online order with the Body shop and the last !!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
They didn''t even give an explanation except it was cancelled and i could re-order .
Why would i re-order when all offers and the £5 code had finished - bloody :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Try giving them a ring Naillig51, I have had to contact them by phone twice and have found their CS to be excellent and very helpful.

Has anybody who ordered the £5 off 3 skincare items had them dispatched yet. i ordered on the 2nd and not been dispatched yet. maybe i'm just impatient but usually mine are dispatched next working day if too late on the day.

I think they are behind,i only just recieved my order from 28th this morning,dispatched yesterday and an order from the 26th arrived yesterday... think we've worn them out...

I rang (made my order on Wednesday and received confirmation email but no dispatch email) was told that it was being processed and was going to be sent out this Monday. Will let you know

Update. just received despatch email. In case anyone else spots this, the email confirmed 2 items (even though I ordered 3). Spoke to CS and they advised because I ordered 2 x one item (the facial soap) it classes this as one line. So when it says 2 items it really means 2 lines on the order.. bit confusing but CS are lovely to deal with so I don't mind!

Just had dispatch emails for my orders two i ordered on tuesday and one on wednesday. hopefully i will get them tomorrow. i'm very impatient.

Quick update (tried earlier and my internet went off !!)
I got a phone call this morning before i had chance to ring them.
A nice lady called Fran apologised and said it had been a system error , she was very nice and has promised to send the goods out today free !
I have just received an email stating they have been sent :j:j
Just a second ago the post came with a parcel from the body shop with my stuff !? and i have just recieved another email saying my goods are being dispatched today !!!
Really confused now ! No way could they have got here with Royal Mail from that phone call at 2pm !?
