I bought the headband as part of the offer too, it's 3.50 so slightly more expensive than the other things, but I wanted one so, for the cost of the cleanser I am also getting the headband and facial brush.

Received my second order today........

It was missing a Moringa shower gel (ordered 3 of those, but only received 2) but instead was a manky looking bag of animal soaps in its place !!!!!!!!

The bag looks like it has been at the back of someones cupboard for a few years, as whatever was printed on the bag has nearly all come off.

Do they normally replace missing stuff without much hassle ?(to anyone who has previously had to query an order)

I had something similar happen a couple of months back, I called CS and they told me to keep the wrong item and sent out the correct one, they're CS are very good.

By the way people i think body shop is using tactics for sure,they have removed the vit-e bar of soap,and the £3 born lippy and few other items from these pages with the buy 3 and get £5 off....and i think they keep changing their offers to fool us suckers:mad: in to buying more of there lovley stuff,so lovley i just parted with another £24.00 of my money!!!:o:o:o..must resist....i cant stop...
