I'm a bit confused.. Can't manage to get this to work!0

Does the £5 discount come off automatically? It doesn't appear to for me0

Sorry to ask silly questions, but can not guess where you are going wrong really
I just emptied basket, popped in 2 x £3 lip pots and a £5 one, plus 20% and it is still £4.80 all the way to check out
Are you adding 3 from the facial skincare tab?
It applies the £5 off the item itself, not at the bottom as it does when you use a code
Have you updated your basket, sometimes I've found you need to do that when a £15 delivery code/offer should work, but fails to?0 -
I just ordered
2 x Vitamin E Facial Cleansing Bar
1 x Tea Tree Blackhead Exfoliating Wash
now i really must stay away from the bodyshop. i am making up DD a big hamper of her favorites and now have a few bits for friends and of course a few bits for myself.0 -

I'm a bit confused.. Can't manage to get this to work!
I've not made an order, but when I was playing around with it earlier I found at least one item needed to be £5 or over
If I put in x3 £3.99 cleanser it would charge £11.97 with no reduction.
But with x2 £3.99 items and a £6.50 item, £5 comes off the the dearer item...
hope that helps0
