who do I go to next? orange question
hi,
I have an on going issue with Orage about a debt that isnt mine. They were made aware of this, chose to ignore me, handed it to Moorcroft who, after we sent the relevent letters as advised by Trading standards, handed the debt back to them. A year on, out of the blue Orange have now sent another request for the money. i know that we can go through the same rigmerol with the trading standards letters etc. however, I just wondered if there was a debt above the general collections / complaints departments because by all accounts and by our experience, none of them can actually read, count , listen and they obviously share a brain cell between them ( at a push!).
Would be very grateful if anyone can help me out on this one.
thanks

Hi,
I have attempted to send a complaint regarding a different matter to the above address but I receive the following relay access error:
'executive.office@orange.co.uk' on 21/07/2006 21:38
554 <executive.office@orange.co.uk>: Relay access denied
Would anyone know why this error is occuring?
Many Thanks.0 -
I don't think that that error has anything to do with sending a complaint to Orange, it is more likely to be a settings problem with your e-mail program. Try sending an e-mail to another address and I think you will get the same result.Terminator3d wrote:'executive.office@orange.co.uk' on 21/07/2006 21:38

Try sending an e-mail to someone else and post back whether it works or not.0 -
