CPW O2 PAC code request address confusion

Hi everyone. I just sent out a PAC code request to DISCONNECTIONS PO 345 Unit 19 Southampton address and after reading numerous threads here i was wondering if that was correct, as I saw some people mentioning PAC code request address with different PO box. Can somebody make it clear for me please? Will my request be accepted on that address? Anyone had similar experiences? I called them yesterday and got disconnection code and no one tried hard enough to keep me as a customer of theirs.

Recorded delivery to request the PAC code would be recommended.

both address are the same for disconnection and PAC code request. It's all PO box 345. I have read other threads and people seem to have success with calling O2 direct, so I will try that if CPW fails to text me the PAC code. I also know the Ofcom chairman's email from this forum LOL

I had sent my request on 25th Feb and received my pac today. I had sent to this address
Disconnections
po box 345
unit 19
Southampton
SO30 2NR
quoting a ref no given by the rep, account no and my full name along wiht address and phone no in question.

great, glad to know you posted it under disconnections but got your pac as well. it was quick. did you receive it by post or text? they told me southampton people would text me the pac code as soon as they got my letter.
