Sorry to read your DD is so unwell. When I first read it I was going to suggest Scarlet Fever (which I had 3 times as a child!) but sounds like a nasty allergy. Hope she feels better soon.

Great news re DH though :)

    Afternoon Diary,

DD2 so much better today thank god. The rash has flared up again this morning so don't know whats going on. She was supposed to have a friend over tonight but I've rearranged as can't risk her friend catching anything (should it be a virus or something). DD1 has a friend over, so probably won't see them for the remainder of the night!

Ive had an unexpected pegging out day today, horrible weather was forecast but its actually quite nice so I've chanced it!

Had a busy morning of getting the house spotless, cleaned the dishwasher, hoovered and steamed my floors and cleaned the bathrooms.

Today has been a spend day as I had a little shop from Mr A's to collect, £34 spent there.

SA, I did look up scarlet fever and its not that. I think its probably a viral rash as she's not been 100%.

    Thanks Bob.

Thats all really! Hope all ok xx

Goodness, hope DD is fully on the mend soon!

I hate kids illnesses, I go into panic mode.

Thanks DFOD, I honestly have never seen a rash quite like it! She's doing lots of complaining today so she's definitely feeling better :D xx

Glad DD2 is better today. Will be glad for you once the rash goes though. It's bad they don't let you book online for the next day.

I'm fascinated by this 'pegging out' phrase. I've seen a few of you say it now must be a thing?

I just call it hanging the washing out.

Pegging out is MTG's phrase Bobarella. We like to tease her about it :)

MTG - glad DD is feeling better. Kids are a worry but they soon perk up.
