Afternoon Diary,
Well I had a lovely weekend, went to a fantastic party on Saturday night and only spent £3 on a lemonade for DH as most of the drinks were provided! Spent yesterday paying for it though ha!!
So today has been NSD10, NSD9 was yesterday since I hardly made it out of bed let alone out of the house :rotfl:
Today I've been to the gym, just had a shower and chilling now.
Food:
Breakfast - weetabix
Lunch - HM tomato and mozzarella soup, wholemeal thin and yoghurt
Tea - slow cooker fahitas with 2 wraps and sour cream
Snack - Belvita biscuits, pear and raspberry smoothie
Thats about all from me. Payday in 3 days :j xxMummytogirls x0 -
Afternoon Diary,
Brrrrr its a bit chilly here today!!
So today will be a spend day as I'm off out for my eyebrows waxing later, all out of my own 'spending money'. Will still have £45 left too which is amazing as we get paid on Thursday :T
Im hoping tomorrow will be a NSD too, no 11 hopefully
So food today:
Breakfast - porridge with nutella and banana
Lunch - HM tomato and mozzarella soup, wholemeal thin and yoghurt
Tea - Hot beef baguette with hm chips and peas
Snack - kitkat
So excited for payday for obvious reasons! But also because its going to be the start of my new regime...
- Splitting my budget down by the number of months and then hopefully there will be something left over for the 5 weeks months thanks to DFOD
- carrying over extra portions of meals in the freezer to make the last week of the month a cheap and easy week
Thats about all xxMummytogirls x0 -
NSD 11 - well done! It makes up for all that spending in December!0

Evening Diary,
Thanks Louby and Bob! Bob it was literally left over from a joint I cooked over the weekend plus 2 part baked baguettes from the freezer. DD2 is a nightmare when it comes to a roast beef dinner however she really likes hot beef baguette... its the same flipping beef
I also forgot to add earlier that I had bought some red lentils and added some to the spaghetti bolognaise for tomorrow. You literally can't see they are in there so fingers crossed the detectives won't pick up on it... It can be our little secret :rotfl: Il report back ha xxMummytogirls x0 -
It's funny when people are happy to eat food one way but not another. A dish I love to make is Thai beef salad. It's so good. Spicy and lots of crunchy veggies. Yum.
On the meal padding I use oats. A good handful once the stock is in to soak it up bulks the meat up lovely." Your vibe attracts your tribe":D

Afternoon Diary,
Have 25 mins before I need to pop back out so just having a catch up as probably won't get chance later. DD's just gone for a trial at a new dance class where the gymnastics is. If they like it il just transfer over from the gymnastics and not doing both!
So today is NSD11 :T could have done with petrol but il wait until the morning. Wondering if I can squeeze another couple of NSD's out of January. Tomorrow will be a spend day.... dreaded MOT day  also need to go to the farmshop and then get petrol so will be quite a spendy day to say the least.
Thanks for the info on oats Bob, il remember to try that when the lentils are finished!!!
Off to the gym tonight for a class.
Food today:
Breakfast - weetabix
Lunch - hm tomato and mozerella soup and wholemeal thin
Tea - spaghetti bolognaise
Snacks - 2 dry crumpets leftover at work and a kit kat!
Will also have a smoothie before the gym.
Thats all from me. Hope all ok xMummytogirls x0 -

Wow 11 NSDs - that's great! The lentil trick reminds me of when DD had a fad on Kellogs Crunchy Nut flakes, I used to buy much cheaper shop brand ones and put them in the empty Kellogs box. She never noticed!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0
