    Evening Diary,

Feeling slightly less manic and a bit better today :j went to the doctors and got more antibiotics.. this time for sinusitis! Didn't go to the gym as I'm certain going to class last week aggravated this. Came home, did some ironing and walked the dog for 40 minutes instead (also ate 5 chocolate digestives ). Had tea, took DD2 for her fringe cutting, had a bath, putting a load of washing out on the airer and not sat catching up on here.

    Thanks PLMBL.

DF0D, our school and DD's school use the inset days to make it up to 2 weeks :D, I'm back down to a week and 2 days next year though and they still get 2 weeks. We are making the most of the cheap trip to London! Really pleased with how DDs bedroom is coming along, she's still not in there though as half the floor is still up waiting for the electrician, we also need to buy the furniture and curtains.

So its payday today :T and its a flipping NSD, can't remember when I last had one!!!

    Food:
    Breakfast - porridge with nutella
Lunch - chicken tikka salad, fruit, natural yog and oats and a muller light
Tea - roast beef, yorkshire puddings, mashed potatoes, carrots and broccoli
Snacks - alpen bar and 5 choc digestives :mad:

Quite annoyed with Mr A as I suddenly realised yesterday they had missed out my nutella and charged me for it. Also just realised I've been eating out of date yoghurt they sent me! Going to request a refund in a mo... reminded me why I stopped doing click and collect with them in the first place.

Think thats all from me, hope all ok x

    Evening Diary,

1 more day to work :j.

DH is working away in London, kids have friends round for tea and I have a friend round bringing curry later on :T.

DF0D, no I don't have to work those, I literally work term time only. Head usually asks us to come in 1st day back in September and we get a lieu day or paid for it. I choose a lieu day for Christmas shopping!

0nepoll paid out today , so I've drawn that and put it into my holiday savings pot towards our petrol for France. £90 in that pot

Got £39 in my £2 savings pot (swopped a £5 note for 2 coins when I needed some change for kids!). Will save this until we go to CParcs at Christmas.

Anyway, I think thats all from me. Hope all ok x

    Afternoon Diary,

Had such a busy weekend finishing off DDs bedroom. It is looking so good, were so pleased with it! Just a few bits for the walls and a blind to get and all sorted.

So nothing much to report really, above says it all!!!

Im getting back on it with the healthy eating and gym from today. Have been pratting about with the eating and lack of gym for too long now from me being unwell so putting a stop to it!

    Food:
    Breakfast: Weetabix
Lunch: minted lamb kebab (leftover from BBQ!) and salad in a flatbread
Snacks: strawberries, oats and natural yoghurt
Tea: HM chicken kiev, roast potatoes and veg

OF, SA & DF0D thanks for your posts :D. Soooo pleased its the holidays! OF we go to the one in the Lakes, never been to any of the others.

Posted something for work today and received a £2 coin in my change so that will take me to £41. Counting a NSD too as il be claiming the money back from work!!!

Its quite chilly out today but I've pegged out all the same! Cant believe its June tomorrow this weather needs to have a word with itself :rotfl:

Oh and its DH's payday today so joint account looks lovely xx

  • Totally agree re the weather. I've had stuff pegged out all day and it's still not dry despite the wind. Just brought it in and have put the heating on for an hour to finish it off :(.

Well done for getting back on the healthy eating. I'm way off since the wedding. Currently eating kettle chips and simultaneously complaining I'm fat!!! Xx

    Evening Diary,

Well just after id posted I had a call from DD's friends dad asking if they wanted to go for tea and I could pick them up at 6.30, snapped his hand off :j So I really wanted to sit in peace with a nice latte and trashy TV but I didn't... I went to the gym! Also booked myself in for a class tomorrow.

Came home and made tea for DH and I.

Think my washing dried but you know when its cold and you're not sure whether its cold or damp! I think its dry and just cold though.

PLMBL, its so hard to get back on the wagon isn't it!! DH put the heating on when he came in as he felt cold. Ridiculous weather!!!

    xx
