Afternoon Diary,
Ive been so busy this morning I've only just stopped! The house wasn't so bad so DH and I cracked on and got it back ship shape again ready for work.
I was complaining about my lack of TD and that I need one as bedding is a nightmare to dry, then just as I was hoovering about 30 seconds later the flipping leg on the airer broke, then the other leg went  can't believe it haha!! DH has fixed it back together with some strong tape as I am not leaving the house for anyone today! I don't even care if it looks an eyesore :rotfl:. I really wish the insurance would hurry up and pay out for the dog so we can buy one! Were 3 weeks in to a 4-5 week wait so hopefully not long now.
Mr T's brought my shopping £70 spent with £1.50 being refunded for some xmas pud nakd bars they sent me instead of bakewell... gip!
Ive also made the brownies and soup for the start of the week and filled up our water bottles for tomorrow.
Chicken is now in the oven and I can't wait for my big fat Sunday roast!!
Food today:
Breakfast - weetabix as always ha
Lunch - scrambled egg on wholemeal toast
Tea - chicken, stuffing, yorkshire puddings, mashed potatoes, carrot and swede mash, carrots, broccoli and parsnips - totally can't even wait for this!!! Might even have a brownie with custard for pudding
Happy Sunday all. Hope the weather is a bit nicer where you are!! xxMummytogirls x0 -
Soup making on my to do list today too! I've got a Morphy Richards Saute and Soup maker and it's brilliant! I've been making my own soup for years now and even I'm impressed with it. I'm like you I seem to spend all weekend catching up on the housework and preparing for the week ahead. Enjoy the rest of it anyway!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)0

Evening Diary,
Well thats day one done and I'm shattered!! Work wasn't bad at all, can't complain and I was up at 6.03 which also isn't bad for me ha!!
DH suggested I should go to the gym straight after work (I work until 4 on a Monday and he picks the girls up) instead of having to go later on so I did and OMG its proper killed me off!! I think its a mixture of first day back at work on my own in the office and working a full day. Anyway I'm so glad I went.
In other news today is NSD4... not bad for the 22nd of the month
SA, I saw those on something I was watching and I was intrigued to how they work! I suppose its much easier to just chuck all your ingredients in and leave it to work its magic.
DF0D, hope work wasn't too bad for you also.
Food (eaten loads today, work does this to me!):
Breakfast - golden syrup porridge
Lunch - HM tomato and mozzarella soup and a thin, bubbles of joy yoghurt
Snacks - banana, apple, chocolate rice cake and wotsits
Tea - Slow cooker chicken curry, rice and wholemeal pitta
I am totally stuffed now. Just waiting to take DD1 to cubs and collect DD2 from Beavers and then I can get ready for bed!! I will probably round off the day with a horlicks later... I really do know how to live you know :rotfl: xxMummytogirls x0 -

Evening Diary,
Didn't get chance to post yesterday as DD2 ended up having a friend for tea then my friend turned up at tea time with a massive drama!! By 8.40 when I finally sat down we just ended up in bed watching TV!
So today has been ok, work is ok this week which is nice. Im not feeling 100%, feel a bit sore throaty but I still went to the gym as I felt guilty not going . I literally did easy things so that at least I didn't burn myself out.
Today hasnt been a NSD as I got my waxing done earlier, £13.50 out of my own spending money. No spending money left now and £1.89 in the bank  Nothing to pay out and have £20 in the purse should we need anything.
Food:
Breakfast - weetabix
Lunch - hm tomato soup and wholemeal thin and bubbles of joy yoghurt
Snack - fruit, oats and yoghurt concoction, apple and rice cake
Tea - chunky chilli, basmati rice and wholemeal pitta
Think thats about all from me. Thursday tomorrow already  xxMummytogirls x0 -
