Evening Diary,

Not sure why everytime I make plans something happens! Was supposed to be taking the girls swimming tonight but then one of the parents from work called and said could I collect his children as he had broken down! I did obviously but then we didn't have time to go swimming! Will try again next week then!!

Ive just emailed school to ask if DD1s teacher can call me tomorrow. Theres a really awful girl in her class and she seems to be targeting my DD1 at the minute. All the girls are playing with her and they are lovely girls I just think they are scared of her!!! DD is really taking a stand against her and would rather be alone than 'pretend' to like her. I really can't complain about this attitude as I feel quite proud of her for standing up for what she believes in. I think she gets that from me but I can't let this girl get away with it. The thought of DD trotting round the playground alone really upsets me . Ive tried to explain to DD that being a girl she is going to come across this behaviour a lot as she gets older. Doesnt make it any easier though and you know I'm so glad I don't have to go through all that now.

Anyway I've been to step class tonight and my elbows are proper killing me! Not quite sure why, they feel like they need to crack!!

Today has been NSD5 :beer:

Food:
Breakfast - porridge with blueberries
Lunch - BLT, wotsits and muller chocolate fix yoghurt
Tea - hot beef baguette with mushrooms, chips and peas
Snacks - banana, cereal bar and just finished off with a piece of sugar free brownie and a horlicks

I have stayed the same this week which is a bit annoying but at least I haven't put anything on.

M2G - I hope things are better at school...did the teacher call.

My DD1 would be just like this as she won't tolerate nasty people. She would prefer to be along than play with someone she didnt think wasa nice person!

Thanks OF and DF0D. Yes I spoke to the teacher who had also noticed that DD wasn't quite herself but kept shrugging it off. Anyway she said she would have a word with DD in the afternoon and she would monitor it and we could speak about it at parents evening. Well things just seem as bad as ever. DD came out of school saying she hated school and was in floods of tears. DD would not tell the teacher anything and nasty little c0w has been at it full swing today. Ive sent an email tonight listing all the things and telling them I'm not putting up with this and if DD won't talk il come into school for a meeting.
I actually saw said child with her mum who shot off up the hill when she saw us coming on the way home. It took me all my willpower not to confront the parent but I know I should let school deal with it in the first instance. If they don't though I will be having a word with the parent myself!!

If the teacher has also noticed its quite obvious to me.

Ive been to the coop today and spent £19 on various bits and pieces.

Ive eaten like an absolute pig since coming home (I blame stress!!)

Breakfast - weetabix and crumpet thin
Lunch - BLT and bubbles of joy
Tea - pizza, garlic bread, mini eggs and cookies :cool:
Snacks - rice cake

Just ordered the kids book day outfits... £30 later :eek:

DD1 is going as Wenda from Wheres Wally and DD2 is going as Violet from the Incredibles!

I actually don't begrudge them a new costume as they've had more than enough use out of their pirates!! xx

Poor DD1 . It's awful when things like that happen to your child, hope it gets sorted quickly.

Thanks PLMBL, I'm not a confrontational person but you mess with my family or my children and I'm not happy about it!!!

Your poor DD1 remember this from when my daughter was at school. Gets worse as they get to teenagers. Glad those days are over. It upset me so much. Hope it gets sorted soon.x

Thanks for posting MMP - I'm totally dreading them becoming teenagers and I have 2 girls to go through it with. Thing is back in the day it was bad enough but now theres Facebook and cyber bullying to add to the mix.
