How do you get that installed, from whom, and whats the cost?

Already got sky so got dish etc!

you can get free sat from sky just cancel your suscription

If you already have a Sky dish, all you need is a Freesat receiver, no install is involved.
Have a look at the Humax Foxsat or Foxsat HDR boxes.

Yes, but only BBC HD (as a separate channel) and the occasional programme on ITV HD (via the Red button).

I got my Freesat for about £40, when they were doing the digital changeover in the Granada region last year because i'm on benefits i got one cheap.

If I was going to do that I would run another coax cable, you probably have a quad LNB if you have sky plus anyway. (meaning 2 spare ports)
