Hi,
think this is what you need, I've only used this link to let you see the type of cable needed, the usb end is standard, but have a look at your printer to verify that end.0 -
I'm sorry to say this but I was looking at the wrong cable earlier.
This is the type I have. I just found this now.

Hi,
looks more like it, though don't think will work with lappy, did you have a look at back of printer for the usb cable connection?0 -
Just spotted it. Yes it does. It’s right next to the cable connection, reason why I probably didn’t see it in the first place.
The 1.8m USB cable on ebay looks like the type I need.
Now all I need to do is find out where to purchase one. I could get my brother to get the one on ebay as he has an account.
Thanks frugalmacdugal [and not forgetting diable & JustPassingBy as well]0 -
Hi,
good, aye it's kinda hidden, I've seen them in the £1 shops, just make sure you get the right shape for the printer end.0 -
I've just emailed my brother. Might be better to get the one you posted as says it’s for the C62. So should be compatible.
Thanks again frugalmacdugal0 -
Hi,
aye, maybe best idea.
You'll be needing ink now, local charity shop had loads of Epson catridges today, don't know for what models as didn't pay much attention as I have a Lexmark, I'll have a look next day I'm in and check them out.0 -
I have plenty of cartridges that my brother in-law gave me; he was the one who gave me the printer. I have about 8 so should be enough for now.
Next thing to do is set it up I think and get printing.0 -
Hi,
well if you haven't got the installation disc, you could download the drivers from Epson in readiness.0 -
I've got it; it's in the old computer.0
