i wouldnt go on what 1 person says everyone will have a different opinion.

the first person who viewed out house said that he would need to replace the kitchen and bathroom and that would put him over his budget.
the house is 6 years old and the kitchen and bathroom are in good condition, we had another 8 viewings after that before it sold and not one of them said anything about kitchen or bathroom needing replacement.

i think the idea of letting people view upstairs first is a good idea, that way rather than thinking the upstairs is small they may think the dowstairs is spacious. tbh i much prefer a larger living space than bedrooms anyway. aslong as you can fit a bed and furniture in its all good, i dont spend all my day sitting in the bedroom

House viewing is very subjective, however one point has been proven over and over, if you neutralise less viewers are offended (put off) the house by your colour schemes.....
