oh munchki, is this another interview. Fingers will be crossed for as much of the drive home from DD's school as I can spare them - that's school run time!
• Morning

Please tell me the clocks went back last night and its not some kind of joke that my kids decided that 5.45 was a good time to bounce on my bed :( sods law one of the only nights I was up until midnight!

Munchki - hope things works themselves out and we are here for you should you need anyone of us! Best I can offer at the moment is a holiday by the sea, but if you want it, kitty would be welcome too, one more makes no difference when you have as many as I do!

Victoria - My dad was in the same position a few months ago, he used all of his redundancy money to get the mortgage paid off, then he took a temp on the off chance because the job centre wouldn't pay JSA as he earnings were too high for the previous year. It worked out in the end, it was worrying for a while, but things were ok in the end. Keep plugging away at the challenge and maybe the little bits that you make will come in handy. If you really become stuck, I am sure I can sort something out for you, just PM me.

Morning all :-)
Victoria-you could start up a little business of some sort-possibly ebay working over 30 hours and the you'd get working tax credit. Depends on what OH earned this year tho (Apr 2009 -Apr 2010) too much and you wouldnt qualify :-/ might be worth loking into tho? Hope it all works out.

am off out with mum this morning but will be back to check up on you lot this afternoon!

Amber I hope you are feeling better hun
Saucy....i'm now stalking you until you tell us you are ok!!

Hi all,
Morning hugs to all of ya and happy freedom day aka Friday. I keep missing the evening dribble as to be honest everytime I get home something seems to happen. I spent about one and a half hours trying to get blooming norton of my pc so I could install Kaspersky.

Nixi – morning, I forgot to say morning to you yesterday x

MoneyM– new pendant = lovely and yes I will finally get to finish the SEO tonight. I have been waiting of a free moment all week long.

Munchki – massive hugs x

Mambury – site is looking really the only advice I have is to make the tag line smaller. I think it is a wee bit big at the moment. (I hope that doesn’t sound like me being nitpicking and harsh x)

Victoria – hugs, I don’t know how much it will help but I know on the up the income board there are some jobs that you can do from home like customer service as long as you have net access. Arise UK springs to mind and there is a thread about them in the forum.

Other than that it is my mummy's b'day left her a card and present before I went to work, I feel really sleepy today my energy is flagging and I can't wait for tonight so that I can collapse into a nice hot bath, surround myself with chocolate, and then get some more work done.
And, trying to sort out my analytics there is a discrepancy between google analytics and the online analytics...hmmm ***scratches head*** need to sort it soon as I am highly confused.

If I have missed anyone I do apologise, but have good day people:)

Been reading last night's posts and nearly wetting myself! Yes I could make a massive sulkie from chickenwire and papier mache but I think I'll wait til the Dribbler's Mirkin Parade is confirmed and then it can sit on the float, looking p'd off!
OH irritated me this morning, I said 'woohoo! I have earned enough to be able to buy more supplies' and he said 'but where is the profit? ou can't just keep buying more clay'; umm, how am I supposed to build a business then? Grr. I wish he'd keep out of my business, I hate it if he ever comments on how the house is run, I feel like going up to his work and telling him the food is rubbish and his tables are dirty!
Victoriaplum, really sorry to hear about your situation, not sure if I know anything that can help - what are you doing Ebay-wise, or anything else? If I think of anything that might be helpful I'll let you know but for now if you don't already do it, it might be an idea to look on the Old Style board at meal planning, ways to tighten your belt type thing; I've been using their tips (not enough though!) and they're brilliant :)

Toots!!! I've got a favour to ask, do you think you'd be able to make this
http://heavens-hellcat.livejournal.com/420.html?

-DD1 is going to be three next month and we've been considering getting her a plush Totoro as she LOVES the movie, but I'd much rather get something from someone on here than some random website I don't even know for goodness' sake :p and how much would something like that cost please?
There are also these

-she seems to be selling the patterns on Etsy under another name, unless it's someone different. If you could do those I'd love some for DS or possibly OH :D

Thanks to all who comment on the Sulkies, I'm quite negative about anything I make or do - and it really boosts me, coming on here!

Hope everyone has a productive day :j
DS wrote my shopping list (bubble wrap, brown paper lol) and I'm overwhelmed that he actually spelled out the words himself, he's not five yet! I'm sure other peoples' kids can do this too but for me it seems all magical and stuff :T

...sorry this is a bit of an essay! xx
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

Morning everyone, happy friday.
Munchki good luck for 4 pm
Dilli - hope your day goes really quickly and you get your bath and chocolate before you know it.
I've nearly finished my blog but I'm now at that stalling phase. a bit anxious about applying to affiliate sites. set up a facebook fan page but not sure how to arrange and "decorate it". probably all because I'm a bit nervous about making it public. need to just get over the block. Have really enjoyed setting it up though.

Morning Paula - we love Totoro as well. Would love something like that for DD too. Have also seen some lovely totoro bento boxes on blogs but not found any still for sale except a couple of really ugly ones.
Seeing your kids learning and trying new things is wonderful. makes no difference what other peoples kids can do or not do.
After all people have kids every minute of the day but it doesn't stop it being miraculous to the individual. enjoy it and marvel at it - kids are amazing.
