Saucy- I reckon someones telling you not to put lace on my book! It's all against you- vomit and green lace and now disappearing Mexicans! Will it still work without it? I bet it still looks stunning anyway- I don't mind!

Lol!!! This book has a history already!! Can't wait to see the cat one too - you have us all eager with anticipation Saucy!

Jo - good luck with the interview. I used to own a sandwich shop and the best workers were always busy mums! They can do 20 things at once without breaking a sweat. No need for cafe experience, they had all the experience I needed!!

PaulaBear - you are more than welcome. The sulkie has been the talking point of the office for the last week, and still makes us smile when we walk in on a morning - not many things achieve that I can tell you!

I updated my blog again - thanks for the advice Dilli, it is much easier to prepare everything in one go and then post it gradually through the week. I feel much less under pressure with it and am already looking at what I can post next week. Anyone who likes cats - see my blog for cute kitty pics :p

I shall call him Squishy and he shall be mine and he shall be my Squishy.
  • I can't wait to show off my new notebooks. I've got a room full of them! Just had a message through the site telling me the pink is horrible and my pictures are rubbish, though :S

I know I'm late replying but incase they come back you or anyone else gets similar, just do what everyone else said and ignore them - they're either an MSE troll or someone who feels threatened by the competition.

MM you can add a Google friends / follower application to your blog I think. I did it on my private site ages ago, but can't remember how. I know I googled something like (adding follower application to my blog) and got it from that.

it's probably already been answered by now but in case it hasn't, I had to work out how to do this yesterday.

Adding Google friends connect / followers to a website or a blogspot blog using the classic template -
this was posted in the comments of http://themelib.com/2008/09/show-off-your-followers-with-followers-blogger-widget/
TO ALL YOU WHO USE THE CLASSIC TEMPLATE, FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS!!

Login at Blogger.com and click the Remember Me box before login.
    Then login at http://www.google.com/friendconnect
    with same account.
You will find blog listed in sidebar under Sites.
Click Blog name to expand menu.
    Click Members Gadgets
    Click Add members Gadget link
    Customize your Gadget.
    Click Generate Code button
Copy and paste given code in sidebar section of template

http://www.google.com/friendconnect/ - (for non-blogger sites/blogs you just need to set up a google account if you don't already have one)
"And suddenly I find myself listening to a man I've never known before,
    Telling me about the sea..."
  • am having funny turns, I suddenly feel violently sick, unable to walk, have a headache and earache and am really dizzy. It takes a few hours to wear off...had one this morning so the hospital wanted to keep me in but they've let me go so I can be at home as long as I take it easy. Which this isn't, lol.

    Labyrinthitus?

    from NHS direct http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/Labyrinthitis/Pages/Symptoms.aspx
    "The symptoms of labyrinthitis include:
    dizziness,
vertigo (a feeling of spinning or moving when you're still, which can be severe),
loss of balance, especially towards your affected side,
    feeling sick or vomiting,
    headache or neck pain,
uncontrollable flickering of your eyes, called nystagmus,
tinnitus, a ringing in your ears, and
hearing loss, which is usually mild to moderate."

eta hope you're ok and what ever it is they manage to sort out

    Morning all,
It seems like it has been a bit of a rough night for some of the dribblers so hugs to all of you and digital chocs this morning.

Evenstar – glad the paypal was finally sorted, no more stress for you I hope x Don’t worry about the ebay a lot of people are fine as long as you tell them what is going on. x

Sheloves – great news about the college course it is true the best things in life are free :)

Nixi – good news about the writing idea!

Yukki – impressive, I am lucky if I get my nose to run !

MoneyM – still have to run your SEO report, doing some site comparison now – I have a few recommendations for possible changes to the site. Had a mini brainwave…. And tied dyed Merkins: epic lol

Saucy – I don’t think you need much SEO work done honey, you have first page results in google, for designs by elle. I think if you do the press release as Nixi said then that would be a great way to get some more brand recognition. The only think I can really try and work on is your results for stationary and cards. But, I will run off and SEO report as soon as I get done with MoneyM.
Sorry about the charge on your bank card that is terrible! Hugs.

Cally – hugs xxx sorry that you had such a crappy night##

Joey – glad that I could help, I love posting in advance it takes away so much stress. x

Other than that, just go a load of blogging to do, some mood boards to send off to a potential client and a few other minor jobbies.I will get round to doing a SEO handout just to explain some easy tips to help with getting your site some more prominence. But, give me about a week and I will have something.

    Hugs to all
