What are the meter readings on the bills? What are the meter readings on the meter? Do you not have any earlier bills to check the readings on them? What was the reading on the meter when you moved in?0
-
I haven't receive the bill yet. Its only on my online account0

Have you recently had a meter exchange? If so they may not be aware of this and think your meter has gone round the clock. How many units are they billing you for?Self Employed, Running my Dream Jobs0

Joyful has brought up the key to this issue. It would appear that your meter was changed and the final bill up until the time when your meter was changed is wrong. Either that, or all your bills before this on the old meter were estimated? Meaning when they obtained the correct meter readings upon taking out the old meter, it caught up with all the previous estimates (however, the estimates must have been way under for it to produce a bill of £2700 odd!!.)
It is common for suppliers to get their records wrong when meters are changed. Do the final readings on the old meter and the first readings on the new meter on the online record, match up with those left on the paper card placed behind the new meter. If not, the account has been billed incorrectly. I do hope the meter-man left a card when changing the meter - he certainly should do!!0 -

Might have been helpful to mention that in your original post...
This is slightly off-topic, but why are you still on an E7 tariff if you don't use your storage heaters? Assuming that your heat your property in the day/evening by other means, you do realise that you are paying a premium price for all your peak rate consumption?
What proportion of your usage is on cheap rate?No free lunch, and no free laptop0 -
