OH is trying to be honourable cos he feels guilty and hates the hassle, but I'm working on him, trust me/ On DMP and all on 0% interest at moment, bar one and boy was that hard work! So consider us in the holding pattern for the moment. and thank you again for the offer, you're a star, and my DS was quite pleased about yesterday's result as well............
Morning PDD
Get the OH sorted :eek: I can understand your POV but if you find it is paying into a bottomless pit and seems neverending then come chat to me...... bottom line is you will get a default, nothing more nothing less.
However you will not be expected to make any monthly payments, after 6 years you'd be free to start again (if you wanted to) - which can seem better than paying a bottomless pit for like 20 years, if you see what I mean....
Ahh so your son supports the mighty gers as well eh? Good lad :beer:2010 - year of the troll

thanks for taking the time Niddy, working on OH as I type..................More than Two Years in
Doing it the Niddy way:j:j:j0 -
Hi NID,
Sorry if this sounded like a moan and groan!
As you so rightly say, it is worth a couple of hours' of anyone's time to get this sorted. Incidentally, Chris Evans has just played "Simply the Best" and I think he said something about Rangers at the same time! Didn't quite catch what he actually said - is this Rangers' theme song?

Keep at it Ann. It is horrid work but it will be worth it in the end. I am soooo pleased for you. This has made my day. I am going to work feeling v happy.

Thanks SW,
Have a good day yourself.
Looking forward to hearing all about it later."What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -

Nah I never took it as a moan, I was just being typically sarcastic (or whatever the "correct" word is) :rotfl:
Yea, Simply the Best is the Rangers unofficial anthem, cos we're simply the best - better than all the rest - better than anyone.......2010 - year of the troll

Glad to hear that you are still happy!
Despite all the queries waiting for you when you returned!
Long may you continue!"What does not kill me makes me stronger". Frederich Nietzsche, 1844-1900.0 -
So Ann it has been a good news morning for you with Niddy's news on those debts - he'll soon get the others sorted too and you will be left with none or a manageable amount at least - and you are now so knowledgeable about Scottish football - it gives you an added interest as is shown by your TV News comment and that about Chris Evans' show - it all gives more cheer to your life doesn't it
:T :T :T :j :j :j :T :T :T
P.S. glad you listen to Chris Evans and didn't switch off when he took over from Wogan - I never liked Evans in the old days when he was a total waste (which he now admits) but since his return to radio, I have found him funny, his way of incuding children in his show good, and enjoyed his shows immensely - he is bright and cheerful - just what we all need these days I think !!!!Mr 3Dogs 3-7-12

Hi Nid
I will keep my serious postings regarding CCA on your main thread but will stilll be hanging around on this one as I love it !
I am going to send off some CCA letters and have applied for a new bank account with Citibank but realistiacally I might still have to go down the DAS route as two -thirds of my debt is post April 2007 (switching rates, consolidation loans.......)
Anyway I have two really important questions for you ;
If I confessed to an allegiance to a team in green and white hoops, would you still help me ?
If I do get some of my debts made unenforceable, would they spring back to life if I do have to enter a DAS ?
Keep up the great work, I honestly don't begrudge you the odd Premier league title0 -

Yea, great idea - stay here cos this is where the banter seems to end up :rotfl:I am going to send off some CCA letters and have applied for a new bank account with Citibank but realistiacally I might still have to go down the DAS route as two -thirds of my debt is post April 2007 (switching rates, consolidation loans.......)
Arghhhh - 2 x 1/3rds is post 04/2007? Nightmare.... Chances are they will be enforceable, it could end up being a wasted excercise for that sole reason....Anyway I have two really important questions for you ;
oooerIf I confessed to an allegiance to a team in green and white hoops, would you still help me ?
Ahh so you support Yeovil Town then?If I do get some of my debts made unenforceable, would they spring back to life if I do have to enter a DAS ?
If they are unenforceable then unless the lender provides the original within 6 years it will never be mentioned again..... if they do find an original then you can add it to any exiting DMP or change firms and set up a new one, obviously its best to attempt unenforceability prior to entering into any DMP agreements....Keep up the great work, I honestly don't begrudge you the odd Premier league title
You mean 53 of them? More than any other club in the world...? :rotfl:2010 - year of the troll
