That reply pretty much tells them to put up, or shut up and I suspect the latter will occur. Point is they have as much right as I do to demand payment, in fact I have more right cos i'd know the law and be able to use that to my advantage - unfortunately they do not so cannot!!

Anyway, I promised myself i'd not sit here today and slate Lloyds, maybe if they just sacked all their staff and gave us lot a job, things would be done more efficiently and properly. Yea, good plan!

I used to let LLoyds worry me, but not anymore.

Even emails sent to them are copied to their CEO, bet he is right fed up with me, but I have gone past caring anymore.

By doing this though, I do tend to get a response.
