    Morning everyone,

Not driving yet - have few things to do in the house and garden before venturing out - ironing, grass cutting and making sure that the fence man can gain access without falling over anything!

SW - I read your posts during the night with utter amazement - impressed at how you manage to stay awake! I do hope you are not suffering for it now!

    Enjoy the pub, Niddy!

    Actually, Elsie,

I do have bad eyesight - and a good imagination!

It did make me laugh - am full of admiration, whoever it may be!

    Me too, Pixie!

Have just filled up my little car with petrol - and it cost over £50! It was on the red, though!

Haven't bought any petrol for about six weeks - had no idea it has gone so much - £1.17 per litre!!!

    Hi Mouseann

Haven't read your thread for a while and it will take me days to catch up, so just wondering if any more cards etc had been found unenforcable yet?

    Hi Woowoo,

Difficult to give a definitive answer on this one!

The only one which has actually admitted (in writing!) that it is not enforceable is RBS.

However, Niddy has assured me that 11 other ones are unenforceable - these are in various stages of correspondence.

There is only one which Niddy deems to be enforceable - we are awaiting news on this.

The other four have sent letters demanding a signed letter requesting CCA, which I am not going to do! I have queried this and am still waiting to hear back.

So, although not wanting to be complacent, I am optimistic.

    And all thanks to Niddy!

No bad news then, thats good!

I hope the enforceable one doesn't have too large a balance?
