Aw great, more consumer conscience from the EU (I am glad I pay for all these idiots to come up with these directives .... not ..... rather than likes of Ofcom getting of their backsides and asking for fair pricing for usage).

Not sure how it will work, costs are not charged back in real time so hard to do a cut off as they wanted.
Should be a good measure, but like most things if the costs of the data is reduced something else will go up. Last time the EU got involved over roaming call costs we lost 12 month contracts as the mobile co's wanted their profits preserved.0 -

That's the sort of gripe I have - every time there is some directive from the lords of Europe, we end up at a disadvantage through the changes the networks make to cope with new laws. For example the changes to roaming charges recently.0
