Any ideas as to what i've done wrong
thanks
Did you reboot when requested ? If so just work your way through the solutions again. It will be worth it in the long run..0 -
Secunia has been known to give false warnings, e.g. it once told me my Thunderbird was out of date, and to update to version x, when in fact it was already installed.Move along, nothing to see.0

Right i now have
c cleaner
malwarebytes
avast anti virus
my firewall is the one that is with microsoft.
i've downloaded that secunia and it has detected 9 security threats i've gone throught them all again, re-started when i should, and done another scan again, and they are still there.
Gives you a bit of a headache all of this security
next, i cant' get my text size to large, it says it is which i click on it, but it isn't it is really tiny
plus after about 10 mins the computer just switches it'self off and the button on the front of my tower just flashes
i'd like to thank you all for your help, as i have very little knowledge about computers, infact the basics are very hard for me to understand.
