Need help in choosing a SIM only contract.

I am currently on O2 sinplicity contract 600 minutes,600 text and unlimited web bolt-on.Called o2 stating that i would like to have a better deal cos the 600 minutes is not enough.O2 wants to give me 1200 minutes,1000 texts and blackberry internet service for £45 but after cash back it will be £15 for 18 months.
I called vodaphone and it offered 1200 minutes,unlimited texts,unlimited land line,500mb internet. all for £25 =12 months contract.
my question is which one is the best deal and what are the chances of not exceeding the 500mb internet service if its only used for accessing news and transport websites on my blackberry.all your assistance will be much appreciated.

I realise it's been a little while since your post but I'd like to offer any help I can.

Which deal is best for entirely depends on your usage and what you're looking for.

You can get an idea of how much internet usage you'll get from 500MB here. I'd also like to clarify that the 500MB is a fair usage policy. If you exceed it there isn't a charge but we may contact you if it is a regular occurrence.
