Help pls with order of events - leaving tiscali/talktalk

Afternoon guys, rat leaving tiscali/talktalk ship here:) but just wanted to check the order of things to do. Is it: 1. request MAC from tiscali/talktalk 2. request bt to take back line rental 3. when date for that confirmed, ask O2 to take over broadband from that date? Many thanks

Thanks Andi - found out i was mpf, so no mac required - the fact that BT (or whoever) tell them they're taking the line back means that line rental, call package and broadband all stop at same time. (I doublechecked with ofcom)

Apparently it takes a day or two for O2 (new provider) to recognise the line as BT again, so I'll be net-less for a couple of days, but can cope with that.
