I have purchased nokia 6230 last september in 2005. It was 12 month free deal and i have send 3 claimform. first cashback i received in aprill which is 120 pound.
in second cash back i have to send my 7th and 9th month bill with application form. i have send by recorded deliver and today i received letter from MRM company which is resposible for the link cashback that your mobile number in application form is different from your airtime bill.
I have received my application form with my airtime bill today but when i check all everything is correct and number is same in application form and airtime bill.
I am in confusion that why they send me back?
To whom i can contact or what i can do?
