followme numbers to mobiles

I have had a followme number to a t mobile number for about 5 yrs now but do not know how much various companies charge to dial it ..........especially mobile companies - can anyone tell me how I can find out as the original supplier no longer exists.

What are the first few digits? The first six should do, eg 0701230 -
