    *sighs* That feels better. I did my twisty board thing and the other thing which is called a "Pilates rowing action exerciser" (big bit of elastic, handles and stirrups - better way of doing sit-ups and was in TK Maxx cheap) and it's the first time, so I'm a little breathless and a little sore, but hopefully it'll help the muscles. May do twisty board again later when Simpsons is on.

    Don't be Sarah. They do have some good options these days. They put my dad (40 a day- 45 year habit) on these white tablets which he had to keep taking while smoking. Then after a fortnight he just stopped. Apart from the copious chewing of chewing gum (importantly not nicotene replacement) for a few months it seemed relatively painless.

    Butti, you're finishing soon then? Leaving or redundancy (I have goldfish memory, so I will have forgotten)

    Oooh oooh just remembered as I was watching the news. Pint is taking me ice skating on Saturday (he didn't think I'd enjoy it, as I hate bowling as I always lose, but I can actually ice skate) and if I'm any good, I may think of joining the local ice hockey team :D

    glad you feel a bit better Squizz...

    Have walked home via town to do mystery shopping and its absolutely beautiful out there. The sun is out, its warm....ahhhh spring is here :)

    Oh and other good news, OH has had a call for job interview. The general managed emailed him last week saying thanks for your application but you are way too over qualified and realistically how long would you stay for. He mailed them back and said well actually having been out of work for 10 months as long as the company could offer him possible career progression and training he wasn't worried about the money. So chap called him and said he wants to interview him as he's in the running for the job....its in Norfolk, please please let him get this job.
