Thank you Sarah, I'll probably wash my hair tonight and not use any shampoo/conditioner.

I agree with Maz, think of all the money you can save by not smoking.

Right, I'd better get back to finishing these reports before people start shouting at me!!

I'm sitting here sewing buttons onto my purple jacket and making sure the ones on there are sewed on properly, as they weren't when I got it. And I discovered another pair of jeans on the hanger the jacket was on ..... just hope it fits me

Just had my Tesco delivery. I ordered 3 for 2 on hair products. The three I chose were all for curly hair, but they substituted the shampoo for a straight haired one - obviously common sense wasn't working there!

Also only one bunch of daffodils arrived, instead of two, which is a shame because one bunch looks very lonely in the vase on its own.

Tenmah, substitutions drive me nuts, to the point where I opt not to allow them usually now.

We have had boy nappies instead of girl nappies, nappies that were two sizes smaller, a half bottle of expensive whisky instead of a full bottle of cheaper stuff (although they did once give me a full bottle instead of a half bottle, so will let them off on that one), expensive pink lady apples instead of the bumper bag of 'any old kind' of red apples, 6 bags of Walkers crisps instead of 12 bags of own brand...

Now that you don't have to pay extra for the substituted items if they should have been more expensive, they seem to substitute a smaller quantity (but similar price) of a more expensive brand instead - not good when you are on a strict budget!

I know I could refuse them but that then means either another delivery or a trip to the supermarket to replace the items.

Aw the Tesco driver just returned with a second bunch of Daffs, and some chicken that he had left on the van, and I hadn't even realised I hadn't had it - all is forgiven!

I remember sitting down on the loo in a pub and as I sat down the button on the trousers didn't so much fall off as explode into five pieces. It made the rest of the evening a bit awkward
