Wow.................I've just read the post, and can't believe that a marketing director would post such condescending comments about some of their customers. What a bad advert for a company. The guy comes accross as a complete d1ckhead. If this is what they think of their customers, I'll certainly point people to other ISPs.How many surrealists does it take to change a lightbulb?

Was it realy from Plusnet or was that a troll? Mind you, the nice Plusnet support people on that forum have stopped posting so it looks like it could be real. That is bad news. Plusnet are really messing things up big time.
Perhaps we will see a takeover bid for Plusnet by Tiscali? 0
