Sorry to say but yes its theft by finding the line with finding money is .. if there is a chance the person who lost it could id it (in this case yes) then you should hand it in. If you just find a tenner in the street the owner couldnt id it so no. Just tell me where you live i shall be round with the troops0

Once got 40 quid out the cash machine, the guy in front walked off without it, I was going to go after him with it but it was around xmas time and the square was really busy and I couldn't have picked him out of the crowd. Waited by the cash machine for about 10 minutes to see if he was going to come back for it but he never so I spent it on presents. I did do a good deed with some of the money though and donated a present to a children's charity.0

            OH NO!!!!
I believe in Karma, but maybe the wheel-clamping was more down to bad parking than divine retribution!!!

LOL well I parked on a road and myself and three other cars got clamped! they told us that parking had been suspended on that road for the day To be 100% honest none of us saw the suspension sign. I often park there so perhaphs I wasnt looking for it. But it wasnt in a clear place, I never found out where it was becuase when they came to take the clamp off i was so angry i sat in my car, I didnt want to get into any talk with them.In Jan 2007 I had a debt of £27,896.00 :eek:In October 2011 I paid it off and owned £0.00 - Kinda proud of this!:T0
