Can you use the same cable for satellite dish and loft aerial?

I've decided to run some coax from our loft aerial to the pc. I've always bought bog standard builder's merchant coax in the past but I'm thinking I want good quality cable and wonder if I can use the same stuff I used for the satellite runs?
Is coax just coax iyswim? The sites I've looked at always just seem to mention sky dishes in their cable pages rather than normal aerials so I'm a bit unsure.

Ok, I realise I must sound like a right numpty, but debit's link seems to suggest you can use the same cable as you do for satellite so I'm confused.Herman - MP for all!0

Satellite cable will work just fine with TV aerials too if you still have some left over or can get it cheap.0

Satellite coax is a superior double screened cable.
I replaced my internal ariel cables with this superior coax cable ( it was a type CT100 ) when I replaced mine.0 -
I used WF100 cable from Satcure for the Sky so that'll be fine for the loft aeriel then.
Thank you all.Herman - MP for all!0 -
Got another question please.........If I go the whole hog and replace the aerial cable from the loft aerial and run new stuff all over the place, is there any reason why I can't terminate the ends in 'F' connection wallplates rather than the usual tv socket connection plates?
Wouldn't the F ones be better/more secure? I can then run a length of coax with an F connector at one end and a usual tv connector at the other, to go between the tv and the wall plate.Herman - MP for all!0
