Orange charge for 07744

Options
I have received a text from my 07744 provider advising that Orange are now charging for the use of this service. Alternative numbers were advised (084454****** and 08700*****) but these incur charges. Has anyone else had the same problem and does anyone know of an alternative way of making international calls using inclusive Orange mobile minutes?

Yes. If anyone knew if the belonged to SF you would of course.:D
  • I am not spamming, the 07744 provider that I was using was Vital Telephone (see: http://www.vital-tel.co.uk/business_07744.asp) and they sent a text message to my phone saying that Orange would no longer allow this service to be free and advising me to use the new numbers I mentioned.

Thank you for making me aware of the simplyfone.com 07744 numbers, I did not know about these before.

They clearly dont know what they are talking about, and should be given a wide berth

    They claim on their site.

"All Orange, 02, Virgin Mobile, T-Mobile and Vodafone users with inclusive free cross network minutes should be able to use the 07744 number. Please ensure you have sufficient inclusive minutes to prevent your mobile provider charging, check first to ensure you don't receive an unexpected charge."

When in fact 07744 is only free on Orange,T-Mob,and Virgin Contracts, Cross Net Minutes.
