Shredded cabbage and carrot will always have mayonnaise: Cole's LawSquirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -
so poster calls it coldslaw...we all knew what he/she meant didnt we?
Ah, but what if the OP got home and experienced a strange tingling on their lip followed by a crusty outbreak of Herpes?
It could be that the burger came with a Cold Sore and they did not read the description properly......?0 -
Did the menu indicate how many chips were included?
Genuine question.
Not really.0 -
I think you need to read the small print again where clause 14c clearly states that you shouldn't read anything in the small print.0

Too right I would involve trading standards!
It isn't the fact that it's "a measely pot of coldslaw" it's the principle of it. Even after showing the manageress (?) the menu she still tried to claim that it wasn't included. It might have only have been 2p's worth but multiplied by the number of customers that probably dine in there it might pay for her holiday.[strike]-£20,000[/strike] 0!0 -

They probably didn't have any in- no moneysaving intended and had to rustle some up in the kitchen.
This has to be a windup, surely no-one would even remember this by the time they got home let alone post a thread about it.This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.0 -
Seriously not a wind up. This is a 'Vent' board so i wanted to have a vent. As i say, what wound me up was the lady saying 'your not supposed to read the small print' which infact was where it stated coleslaw included!
Didnt wanna involve t.standards or anybody just needed a rant, and after it i felt alot better0 -
I think I would be annoyed too.
It's the idea that sloppiness, and lack of attention to detail is not only OK, but it is seriously bad manners to point it out. That offends me greatly.
A beligerent "don't split hairs" is sooo rude.0 -
