Vodafone cooling off period
Is it just 7 days as per the distance selling act or is it 14? The last contract I cancelled back in December had "14 day change of mind" wrote on the cancellation note for me to send back with my mobile dongle however this time I'm being told as I sent a cancellation email on day 7 I'd be subject to the early disconnection fee.

Distance selling regs give you 7 days. Some companies give you longer. You'd have to check the T&C's either on their website or a copy if they sent you one...0

Items brought on the web, is 7 days from date of delivery.
Item brought in store, there is no legal cooling off period. Only store policy. Some stores have no returns policy for change of mind.
