Another £4 paid into the bank account in shrapnel- I'm so glad that at least I've got something towards the dreaded :xmassmile
Please count me in for next year - as it's the first time I can get pressies and actually pay for them without a big jump up of the credit cards! thanks so much for the idea chickywiggle!:T
I wonder how much £1.50 a day next year would give me? can I afford it? how long is a piece of string? will we "365" save next year?

im currently on target ...i have manged the £1 each day.....am getting closer to being £365 richer than i was this time on 1st jan 2010....:rotfl:

hi i would like to join for next year, where abouts do i sign up? i get paid every wednesday, so i thought about just putting £7 into a piggy bank every week instead of doing it everyday, as im sure i will forget and be under the total.

welcome, that sounds a fabby idea. if you subscribe to this thread I will update it around christmas day with a new shiney thread for 2011. pop over and remind me you are here and I'll add you to this list.


Interested to see how many of us are still going............. I am but am a few days behind again, money seems to be getting tighter the closer to christmas it gets.

I need to source out a new unbreakable pot for next year as I'm gonna have to smash this one open at the end of the year. It is some nice relief tho to know it can go straight on the credit card and pay completly for my laptop i have just had to shell out for.
