Well folks, sorry I've not been posting, but I am still a virtual member in your challenge - I can tell you though, there have been a few moments when I nearly caved and spent the lot, I have been in and out of my "tube" for change and to count the money. I counted yesterday and took all the change to the bank and changed for lovely £20 notes and I am paid up to 15 October. I have come this far and am determined to keep it going now.

Hope everyone else is doing well and managing to put these pounds away. Going to subscribe to this thread now and will keep posting this time - my subscription was still for the old thread!

    Have a great day folks.

    Hello 365ers!

Just wanted to post an update, have not only caught up but am now ahead of the game - managed to save £297 so not long to go before I hit the target! :D

Have been finding it increasingly difficult the last few days as I have minimised my "cash spending"... i have started paying for things on my card to help me keep track of my spending

    Hope everyone is on track!

  • PLease can I join? Mine is actually going to be a rainy day fund rather than for xmas, just think it would be handy to have some money that isn't already allocated if that makes sense, for lifes little unexpected things. I have set up a pot with a few quid in to start me off.......

course you can, welcome to the club.

Just £6 to add to take me to the end of september - ohhhhh the day is nearlyyyy here......... still debating if i put it straight to pay a wack of credit card or keep it to use instead of adding to the card (chance with this is it'll get wasted).
