Does anyone know the difference between buying the code online off a website or ebay where they send you the code and going into a store and buying the XBOX live in the sealed case...? Seems there must be a difference...

There is no difference. A code is a code no matter what the packaging is.
You can input codes anytime. Even one straight after the other if you want (so you would have 24 months before expiry).Herman - MP for all!

Regarding the networking, we are using Home Plugs for Xbox 360 internet access. The work well, easy to set up and cheaper than buying the MS wireless adaptor.Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.
