Can anyone advise on an external hard drive please? Size and cost and best buy currently?
Is it just a usb plug in (like a data stick) and the pc finds it?
Cheers all.

The atmosphere is currently filled with hypocrisy so thick that it could be sliced, wrapped, and sold in supermarkets for a decent price and labeled, 'Wholegrain Left-Wing, Middle-Class, Politically-Correct Organic Hypocrisy'.

I recently bought a 300GB Maxtor external USB 2.0 HD for £90 and its brilliant. You connect to it through a USB Cable.

I've got the 320GB Freecom mentioned by ABH. Very happy with it. Seem to have bought a lot of Freecom stuff lately and it all has a good build quality and simple instructions (which I really need :rotfl: )
