3G dongle

Having replied to an offer for a free dongle for just 4.95 p&p in May 09 which was an offer on Martins weekly emai, I ordred, paid said p&p and received a few days later with no issues. i have received yesterday (Feb 10) an invoice from the company demanding payment for the shipping! There is no other explanation with it.

I will be ringing this company tomorrow to discuss this erroneous demand, but wondered if anyone else has received this demand? If so, what was the companies reaction when you rang them?

Thanks

Is it just a proforma for the £4.95?
No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
  • No, oits not a proforma, it says INVOICE in that lettering on the piece of paper! Its definitely historical too because its dated 14th May 09 and has VAT at 15pc still.

Do you know something about it?
