cheapest way to get sky+ and multi room

hi all,
trying to sort a deal out for my dad. he is a sky customer, at the moment has normal box and subscribes to the sports package.
he is wanting multi room and sky+.
anybody know how much extra this would cost and if there is any cheaper ways of doing it? ie refurbished box?

Sky dont offer the Sky+ now,it's HD now.The's new offers coming out this week according to my friend.

Im not to good on all the different deals but be aware you will have to now go with a Sky HD box and the prices I have on file for independent installation this deal would be £79 installed if not subscribing to HD or £30 with HD subscription plus the monthly subs, remember to cost in getting a phone line to both box locations.

Could wire the new Sky+ box to the other room using a sky magic eye to be able to watch the full Sky package, then cable the old standard sky box in the bed room for the free to air channels saving on the monthly multi-room cost.
