Hi,
First time user here.
My son has ordered some buiness cards without thinking from Vistaprint and they now seem to having money taken from his bank account without permission.
He doesn't remmember signing up to any other service but is now getting very worried. Short of cancelling his bank card/account how can we stop this and get his money back?

IT'S NOT A SCAM
He didn't read what he signed up for. Hopefully reading the other threads will help.0 -
Thanks Jacktyler,
Most of that advice is from 2006, does that still apply today?0 -
rsykes2000,
If it's not a scam why do the majority of people, (see jacktyler link) think it is?0 -
Well no it is a scam as it has absolutely no value and trys to get money out of you for nothing. That's my definition of a scam and vistaprint use underhand techniques to try to get you to sign up, also the sign of a scam.I started with nothing and I am proud to say I still have most of it left.0

People think it is a scam as they didn't read what they signed up for then scream as they get charged the sum they were told about but didn't bother to check.
The main thread is :
Warning "Shopper Discount & Rewards"
Which is where people gather to moan about their inefficiency at reading things.
See for evidence of people using them and not getting charged :
is VistaPrint.co.uk a scam?

I've used Vista Print on several occaisions with no problems. They do try to get you to sign up for additional products etc but I just ignore that & only order the item(s) that I really want.0

Far too many people crying scam nowadays. Show me someone who thinks he's been scammed and I'll show you someone who signed something or clicked okay without bothering to read it first.0

So I'm confused, I wouldn't mind getting some cards from this site for free, but can you do it without getting these monthly bills?
I don't even mean just order and then cancel them, I mean can you just untick some box before completing the order and avoid having to go through all that altogether?0
