Exactly what i was about to say, really is baffling , is it easy to switch back told style mse? xxx

I have just notice the problem with the thanks button today - my DS won some footie boots and I was sure I had thanked the poster for the competition at the time but the thanks button was still there. (but my name was in the list of thanks underneath)

I have now changed backed to the old format until it is sorted. To do this just click on this link to take you to Martin's thread and then click on the "change back to the old look" in his 1st post.

THANK YOU TO ALL WHO TAKE TIME TO POST COMPETITIONS

Hi, Just needed a bit of advice really, i won a trip to Paris last year, booked it and was unable to go due to volcanic ash, i contacted competition company who booked it all for me and they are looking into it,but not heard of them for a month i have called a couple of times but they said they are still looking into it. It was insured but dont know if i will be covered (mondial insurance ). I could'nt believe my luck when i won it, now feel very unlucky:(

I had to wait 7 weeks for a refund for the car hire i paid last year from a hols win, that was meant to have car hire included, they had to keep chasing it up with various companies till it eventually got sorted, i'd give it a few more weeks, i'm sure they will have a backlog because of the ash situation :) xxx

You might want to check the holidays board as quite a few on there had to claim because of the ash too, and you might get a better time line of when to expect it, claims are rarely quick unfortunately xx :)
