Aw poor you PPD. You should get some rest, try a pillow between your legs even! Dont know why but that used to help me with backache in pregnancy!

I couldn't sleep unless I had a pillow between my legs!! I used one of Evie's Disney Aristocat cushions :rotfl:

hate bachache i really do, last time i had pains like this was when i had spd when i was expecting lo, that was agony, not too bad when im lying down though, its sitting and walking about that gets me, need to concentrate on other stuff to keep my mind off it:D

There's one of those long round support pillows in Lidl on monday £2.99, these might help your back maybe.

I wish I had never told the kids about winning a grand, they're all deciding what to spend it on! My dd came home from nursery and said her friend has some 'curly wurly' shoes and now she wants some, she meant Lelly Kelly shoes!

for anyone thats interested my mate is in the pub in mccoys
when you go in the bar hes just on the right sat at the bar just by the kp nuts
he helped design the site but unfortunately got made redundant last year although hes now in london working
