Hi Nids,
Just a quick question. Link replied to my cca request on the 21st April saying they needed up to 30 days to request my documents from Lloyds its now been 35 days, so do I now stop payments as of now and sit and wait....thanks0 -

Yep just sit and wait - see what happens,,,, you will get defaulted remember so only do this if you're aware of the downsides i.e. the default.2010 - year of the troll

Hi there all
Marks & Spencers have sent me a letter this week as follows after I had sent them my Final Response letter :-
"Having checked our records I can confirm that a copy of your original application was sent to you by secured delivery ref XXX on XXX. As my colleague advised in her letter the agreement and application form are one and the same.
Once again I must advise that M&S believes that the copy agreement is a legally enforceable document and as such we refute your allegations and our normal collections activity will continue.
For the reasons given M&S Money do not uphold your complaint. If you are not happy with the way in which your complaint has been handled or if you are dissatisfied with the outcome you may refer the complaint to the FOS etc.."
I guess as my final response has already been sent I do nothing for now.
Hope everyone is hanging on in there!

Nope, sorry it is enforceable as everything is fine and the pages clearly show page 1 of 2 and 2 of 2..... sorry, time to arrange repayments on this one.
What is this in response to? What was the last template you sent them? It is only their response to whatever you sent, maybe a CCA Query?
Please confirm.....
Thanks NID have spoken to M&S and got arrangement with this.
History of Sainsbury letter is:
Sent CCA request - they sent one sheet signed application form - I sent CCA dispute and then they sent the letter which I uploaded (#2885)
I was just wondering if I now to send a response to this - and if so which, or ignore it?
thanks0 -
Quick question, sorry if already been asked
When sending a CCA request to DCA, for the account number, do you put the original account number, or the DCA's ref/client ref?
Have the original, but have letter from Apex with a Apex ref, and Client ref aswell
not sure which to use!
Thanks!0 -
Put both!!
