Hi Niddy,
Just a quickie re this as it's me who's sent out the 12 CCA requests.
10 have already been defaulted and the other 2 aren't even showing on the credit reports so I think they've been defaulted and dropped off.
Do they default you again when you go through this process ?
Thanks for your help :T0 -
Hi Niddy, after my update post yesterday re Crap One, I have just received a call from Crapquest on behalf of Crap One:eek:, when he asked me security questions i jumped in and said ' i dont wish to discuss this with you as the account is in dispute' (CCA not received) he waffled on saying 'we need to talk to you' and i just repeated myself:D to which he then said ' i will note your comments and get a letter out in the post to you'. I will wait for the letter then send the account sold whilst in dispute letter, is this right??;)
Thanks0 -

Sorry for confusion mate - I mean the lender enters default of YOUR s.78 request, i.e. they cannot do anything until they respond.....
Regards to your defaults, remember the golder rule - One Default per debt lifecycle. So once a default has been placed, 6 years later it falls off - FOREVER!2010 - year of the troll

Wanted to publish it in case it assists anyone else to hear your response - part of it seems like a standard response/cut and paste - they refer to "your client" in one paragraph before reverting to "you" but just wasn't it sure whether just alot of waffle or anything I need to pay attention to!!
Thanks NID

facebook? linkedin?
also your name could pop-up from your company's website (are you listed somewhere there) then they can try fishing by calling around and pretend to be customer/client (other than that someone from your work place has compromised you as he/she shouldn't transfer any call to you without your consent)
just google your name and see what comes out
EDIT: just realised my post number #3000  , and it is 3rd reincarnation of the thread
WOW, your absolutely right, just took me about two minutes to find my name place of work and phone number on google. Bit Scary !!!!0
