Hi, still waiting for LTSB, no cca as yet 3 months
have a good one.
So Lloyds has magically found my DH's CCA after months of searching from 2000 and then saying they don't have it...... I dunno the whole thing stinksscarednshakin wrote: »Well after getting the Final letter from Lloyds yesterday, got another one this morning, with a readable copy of my application form and T&C
Morning All
You've all got me wondering what I will get from LTSB now:think:. Had a final response a couple of weeks ago and so far only T&C's but they are a sneaky devious lot. I've sent my final response - no CCA rcvd but haven't had a reply yet. I know that they are very quick in replying tho so am expecting something any day now. I hope Niddy can work his magic for you all.I must stop procrastinating, I must stop procrastinating! promise I'll stop tomorrow OK:D

Hi guys.....you have all got me wondering about Lloyds too, mine was from 2001, and its our biggest card. They have been an absolute pain to deal with, and not helpful in any way when we first got into financial difficulties. This is the one I did expect to come back okay.....but still waiting, and ever the optimist.!!

the biggest thing is on top of the application form (which btw its faded out to make it look like a CCA) is a MC number... but yet they say its a visa application... hrm...0 -
Morning Niddy,
I have a question for you re My Barclaycard. I sent the final no CCA letter about a month ago (I have still been getting statements and the charges are now nearing £700+) Heard nothing however for the past 3 days I have started receiving calls (about 5 a day) from Mercers….I understand these are connected with Barclaycard…Can you help? What should I do? (No letter from Mercers yet)
Thanks

Good morning Niddy, and everyone else.
Well Lloyds must have certainly been busy over the last couple of days. I have received a letter from them today re CCA request, sent 19/4/10 and CCA Reminder sent 15/5/10. This is basically what it says
" I have enclosed with this letter a copy of the reconstituted version of your executed agreement, a copy of your current terms and conditions and a signed statement of your account. By providing you with the documents attached to this letter, we have satisfied our obligation to provide a copy of the executed agreement under section 78. There is no requirement under the CCA to provide you with a copy of the original signed agreement. We are endeavouring to locate the copy of your signed agreement but please be assured we would not have opened a credit card account without having sight of a signed agreement. For the avoidance of any doubt, we have set out in the appendix to this letter your rights under section 78.
Having satisfied our obligation under section 78, the agreement you have with us is fully enforceable and we shall continue to treat it as such. We will not be entering into any further correspondence with you regarding the provision of copy agreements.
It then sets out Statement of Account.
Balance xxx
Credit limit xxx
current monthy interst rates xxxx
Amounts payable per month xxx
The appendix is
In order to comply with section 78, we enclose..
a. a copy of your executed agreement
b. a copy of your current terms and conditions
c a signed statement of your account.
Do we now send them Template 3.2. CCA Dispute - Terms and Conditions. or 3.3 Copy Document.?
Thanks for taking the time to read Niddy, much appreciated.
